Ever wonder what a roasted chicken taste cooked on a wood fire pit?.
I was wondering the same. So I took advantage of the open fire pit at FRESH and gathered some of the wood that I could find lying around. It took a long time to get the fire ready, wait for the heat to be just right, and then for the chicken to actually cook all the way (about 4 hours!). It was well worth it. Next time I will get an earlier start.
